When it arrived, the box was all all taped up in poor condition like it had been opened previously and returned or something. I opened it and looked everywhere, but seems the remote was not included with it. So, I have no way to even turn it on. Irritated to have spent so much on this and they can't even be bothered to send all the pieces.

This was a joy. After a year plus of now pedi, this provided the same experience and it's totally hygienic since I control it all. The remote control is very handy to adjust temp, and/or turning on/off the jets and massage.

I love this foot spa!!! The remote control and setting are very easy to use. The massage function feels absolutely amazing and really relaxes my tired feet as I stand alone during the day. This would be a wonderful gift for anyone who spends long hours on their feet!
