They are not required to resize with hot water, but even then, extremely large so they do not fit “most”. My daughter mentioned it was hard to even breathe so stay away.

This also has breathing channels which is definitely important. It’s super soft and as comfortable as a device like this could be. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs this!
