Didn’t want to listen to the reviews. Cheese tastes soooo incredibly weird and bland. With the sauce they’re digestible, but ready to throw these out before I can finish them.

I bought these today since I'm gluten free and boy are these surprisingly nasty!! I ate about 3 pieces of them and decided I needed to write a review... Flavor is absolutely disgusting, texture is okay for the breading but the inside is mushy and this strange pudding-like texture, and eating them makes me queezy.... Honestly sitting here like "what.........." Simply avoid these! They aren't for you, your kids, your grandma or your dog... Hate to trash food but I definitely can't finish these.... what a waste!!!

The outside of the mozzarella sticks was decent, but the inside was so weird… It had a weird consistency and tasted off. I followed the instructions and cooked it within the correct amount of time. Unfortunately these were not good at all. I gave two stars because I like the fact that they are cauliflower!

They’re okay. Pros: They taste good and the sauce is good. The texture I got was crunchy on the outside and very tasty. They cook well in the air fryer, and cook evenly. Cons: Way expensive for the quantity. I was disappointed when I saw how few there were in the box. Definitely a snack, not a meal. And both times I’ve made these, the cheeze spills out. Instead, I tossed them on a pan and got them golden and crispy. If they turned out this good from my shortcut method, I can only imagine how heavenly they’d be if you have an air fryer handy. Pro tip: Manage your expectations, folks. These aren’t going to magically replicate the deep-fried mozzarella sticks oozing real dairy cheese from your favorite dive bar. But if you—or someone in your life—has food sensitivities or is cutting back on gluten and dairy, these are an excellent stand-in. The key is going in with an open mind. If you understand that creating a stick of cheesy goodness without actual cheese and gluten is a culinary magic trick, you’ll love these. If not, you might want to stick to the pub grub. For the rest of us, these are a crunchy, gooey, plant-based win.

These are the best vegan swap for mozzarella sticks. I’m not vegan but I do like vegan food when I’m not feeling hungry for cheese or meat. Not only is it a healthier tasty option but my rabbit tried taking these from me ! I guess he smelled the cauliflower lol

I wanted to like these but the “cheese” was almost like a flavorless slime. The crisp was good though.

So gooey and now I kinda feel sick after eating them. Just a texture thing. The crust and the sauce was the best part. But wouldn’t buy again!!!

I was super excited when I saw these because mozzarella sticks are my favorite thing to have as an appetizer/to snack on and I’ve been starting my weight loss journey, but these were seriously horrendous. I tried them in both the regular oven and the air fryer and both ended up with the ‘cheese’ being almost liquid and the whole thing has one of the worst textures I’ve ever eaten. and the taste isn’t all that great either but the aftertaste is almost vomit inducing. I know it sounds like I’m overdramatizing but I promise I am not. If I could I would give these 0 stars.

Yum, yum! These are so tasty! We have both gluten and lactose sensitivity in our house, so they're a great treat.

The best vegan mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had!! I highly recommend cooking in an air fryer, they came out perfect!

I really enjoyed these. I'm not vegan, but I like.plant based swaps sometimes, and I'm gluten free, so I was really excited to find a gluten free mozz stick. They're crispy, they're not super flavorful but they taste pretty good, and I MOSTLY love the texture. Like, it feels gooey and creamy in the way a mozz stick is supposed to and I love that, but every few bites I will notice that plant-based texture that's a little less homogenous. I've never had anything as close to the real thing, so, 5 stars. The texture is the best fresh out of the oven and does get a little more polarizing as it cools down. The marinara is a little on the sweet side, but I like that and I think it's great.

these are a pretty good sub for regular mozzarella sticks. they’re a little bland and if you’re not a fan of vegan cheese texture you won’t enjoy. the sauce that comes with it is a little sweet for me so didn’t enjoy that. overall fine.

I didn’t realize these were vegan / dairy free (I’m gluten free and bought them for that reason). Wasn’t a fan of the cheese texture - it was really slimy. Aside from that, they had good taste and weren’t too cauliflower-y. If the texture wasn’t such a downfall, I definitely would’ve eaten these but I just couldn’t do it :(

I actually can’t believe how freaking good these are. Trying a dairy free diet for my son who has an often upset stomach, and these are a WIN!

Ok I never leave reviews on food but had to for these! I am new to the dairy free life and one of my favorite foods is cheese sticks.. I have been missing them for about 3 months now.. wow these little jewels are delicious!!! So so good! Will definitely be buying again!

These are seriously addictive! I honestly didn’t have high hopes for them, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have a gluten and lactose allergy, and usually avoid “fake” cheese products, but this was on sale so I gave it a try. I’m so happy I did. I gave one to my very picky mom to try, and she LOVED it! When I told her it was gluten-free and vegan she was so surprised.
