This hat felt soft and light upon arrival. After one wash it got a little thicker but still soft and lightweight. It fits my whole head and ears without any folding needed. It doesn't ride up during my daily activities. Keeps my head and ears nice and warm throughout the cold nights. Highly recommend they gray!! Top quality product for sure. Feels and looks expensive.
