Graze® Single-Handle Semi-Professional Kitchen Sink Faucet With 24-5/16" Spout

We've had this faucet for around 4 years and have loved it. We chose the black version and have used it every day without any issues. It's great to have the flexible coils and not one of the extension hoses that may fail over time.

I have had this faucet in use for 7 months. It is leaking at the head where the hose attached to the sprayer. Not possible to fix yourself so either a new one is called for or an expensive plumber repair. I don't recommend this product.

Most flexible faucet with great reach & spray settings

I have called Kohler multiple times describing the leaking due to inside hose detaching from the spray head. They have sent me a new spray head, and a few other parts. I have had my handyman and a plumber over who after leaving within a few days the leaking started all over again. I am completely frustrated and want a new faucet as this current one is under warranty. I wish I had never chosen it. Kohler is such a reputable company and hopefully will help me. We bought this faucet in late 2021 - it is gorgeous and has awesome features. Dual spray modes with the 'power spray' are super useful. A few months after installing it water started spraying back up through the handle and out the neck. We contacted Kholer and they sent a replacement sprayhead which resolved the issue... A few months later the same problem happened again, we received a new line and head, problems resolved... until it happened again, more parts from Kholer... and again... We are finally giving up on this beautiful faucet and working with Kholer for an alternative unit. We had hoped that the engineering flaw that causes this issue had been resolved in a later version but Kholer support could not confirm that so we'll go another route. Until the core issue with this unit is resolved, recommend a different model.

gorgeous but the sprayer head came apart from the hose tried to reassemble few times but it keeps leaking water from the bottom of the coil spring where the hose connect to the head. started reading reviews and it looks like most people have the same issue , need help to solve the issue. purchased in sept. and it was installed by pro this months in jan ..

This faucet is beautiful and unique. However, after 5 months of use it is leaking at the faucet head. The faucet was installed in April and yesterday, September 20th, started leaking at the top of the faucet head and up into the coils. This was an expensive faucet and typically I appreciate Kohler quality but this is not acceptable.

Nice appearance, expensive, quality not commensurate with cost. Had faucet for 5 months and the o-ring above the head split. Water was coming out the top of the head. O-ring not standard size therefore big box o-rings won’t fit. The inner diameter is odd size and the wall (the weakest link in the faucet) is too thin. Plumber disappointed, as were we in the poor quality of the o-ring used. We need to have the faucet working and replacing the o-ring with the same thin wall is a problem waiting to happen and inability to use. Had a plumber remove the Kohler faucet and replaced with another brand. Too expensive to pay for plumbers and likely having continued issues. Since Kohler does not pay for the plumber’s fees, might as well go a different route (brand). I hope the engineers fix such poor design. Afterwards, may consider Kohler again. For now, the expensive faucet is going to Goodwill.

I finally got my kitchen back after 2+ long months of renovations! We hit several speed bumps along the way, so I was more than ready. My faucet was installed as one of the last things to finish up and after about a week and a half, something came loose or broke at the nozzle and it sprays water all over the place! I am beyond angry!! This was NOT a cheap product!

We love the way this faucet looks and when it's not leaking, we love the way it works too!! Unfortunately, it started leaking from the top of the head after about 6 months. I was able to fix it, but there's a cheap plastic c shaped piece inside the head that comes loose within a week or so and starts leaking again. There's no way this should happen with a faucet that costs this much. Not worth it!!

one day I came home and the spray head was in the sink. Had to take the whole thing apart and re-assemble with the help of a technician via the phone - worked well fro about 2 weeks. Now the same thing over and over over. I have taken this apart and put it back to gather countless times but after some use it loosens up or falls apart. Im about at my wits end.

When functioning this faucet is great but I have had the actually faucet replaced 2x and the hose replaced 3x since it was installed less than a year ago. Kohler has send replacements each time which helps but we still live 2 weeks with no sink and have to pay for a plumber every time. Had it replaced again yesterday and checked everything to see if it was our water pressure but something has to be off with the design to break this much.

Magnet is weak which makes functional daily use challenging. New leaking nozzle after just a few weeks post-new installation use. Trying to get through to customer service to fix it. Noting that it came preassembled in one piece, but has assembly instructions??? A professional plumber installed it. Long time Kohler customers.

We have spent more money on plumbers in the past 6 months of owning this faucet to come fix it, than we spent to purchase the faucet itself. We have had to replace the head since there were broken plastic fragments inside. We also had to replace the mixing valve because we couldn't get hot water to come out. Now we have to replace the handle as water started shooting out of it last night! VERY disappointed. While Kohler had graciously sent us replacement parts, plumbers are expensive and I am very disappointed. Happy to send this faucet back!

We recently did some updating and upgrades to our farm house, one of which is our farm sink. This looks incredible! It brings everything together perfectly with our other stainless steel appliances. It is relatively easy to install. Simple to use, though it took a little time to get used to. The little things in life, like the removable faucet head, makes a lot of difference! Will recommend.

It seems as if I need to upgrade my kitchen just to balance out how elegant and professional it looks. This faucet is extremely tall, it also has 3 spray functions that allows you to control how much or little water you wish to use. I found it extremely easy to use when washing and rinsing out my taller stock pots. I like the temperature memory feature that allows you to maintain the prior temperature that you used. I also like that I can control the temperature with one hand. I have been washing dishes and rinsing out all types of pots just to use my faucet. I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stunning! Tall! Those were my first thoughts when I opened up the box. The faucet feels solid, heavy and the finish is beautiful. The spout has a magnetic latch instead of the normal mechanical latch, and it seems strong enough once the faucet is installed. I also like the fact that the handle only swings from vertical to forward. No more worrying about it hitting the back splash or clearance issues. This faucet definitely makes a statement. I will be using this in my new kitchen, so it's not installed yet, but I can't wait to use it!

The faucet fit perfectly on my granite counter top with my undermount sink. The faucet has a very modern and sleek chef quailty design. It swivels 180 degrees and has a magnetic detachable nozzle that's easy to maneuver. The three spray variations makes rinsing my dishes a breeze. The chrome is beautiful and sets off a modern look. The long spout is designed to replace the sprayer hose dangling underneath your counter, where the attached weight gets caught on everything when you try to pull it out. Everything is above the counter here, which does make it rather tall, so you need the right setup for it to be functional and attractive. In addition, this unit was the easiest unit I have ever installed. A single washer and collar nut with set screws to tighten it down to your counter. It went in in about 5 mins....about 30 mins less than it took me to remove the old one! My configuration allowed me to mount it directly to the granite counter top. If you're mounting it directly to a stainless steel sink, they recommend adding a piece of plywood under the sink for extra stability (stainless sinks can flex with a faucet this big and heavy). The unit supports three different water flows: the default stream, a switch for a gentle/rinse spray, and a momentary switch for a hard spray that is available in either stream or gentle sprayer mode. You just hold down the heavy black switch. The only complaint I have about this unit is that the magnet that holds the sprayer to the swing arm is pretty weak. If you try to reposition the sprayer to the other basin in your double sink by pushing on the coiled spring, the sprayer will definitely disconnect from the swing arm. You just have to be sure to push the swing arm itself to avoid this. The supply hoses are also just a little shorter than the unit I replaced this with. I had to go to the hardware store and get a 12 in. supply hose extender to reach the supply valve for the hot water.
