This item is soft, but squishes flat immediately, is impossible to handle without it ripping into pieces. Didn't even last 6 months and that's a rip off for the price. Returning and getting a refund is impossible as well. Save yourself the trouble and skip it!

It arrived with yellow stains, seems to be from humidity. It is comfortable but useless with the exposed unknown stains that might be toxic, I don’t know if it’s water or a different substance. And after 4 hours, it has not fully expanded from all corners to the 4 inches. Impossible to return, does not fit in the box anymore.

This mattress pad is nice in the sense that it is very thick. - so if you need that, its not a terrible option. My issue is that it is so soft and thick that you just sink to the middle and then are stuck. Additionally, it says it is elligible for return for 90 days, but that would be near impossible since it comes in a vaccum sealed package and then you cannot get it back in the box. I actually think this would be a good pad if it was thinner, which I was hoping to exchange it for, but am likley stuck with this since it seems near impossible to return

Very happy with this 4 inch mattress topper! Found it to have no odors!!! Also came sealed very well in box. Like the ventilation holes system! It does make a world of difference in comfort. Instantly my back felt great. It decreases the movement noise from partner. I’m not noticing any difference in hot or cold vibes coming from topper. We’re definitely sleeping much much better!
