I work a stressful, fast paced job and needed something better than coffee to deal with the stress & fatigue. This was it! I haven't used a supplement with Ashwaganda before, but I definitely feel the difference within 20-30 minutes of taking this. This also increases my energy, without the jittery effects of coffee. I've actually saved money by cutting out my morning coffee with this supplement. Not sure how I went so long without this supplement. Thanks genius!

My husband and I take this on a daily basis. It helps us wake up and feel more alert in the morning, which helps us be more productive during the day. I highly recommend this brand and this product in particular!

I haven't been taking this long enough to do a total review, but here is what I have noticed. I have been taking it before I go out to feed all the animals on our farm. I take it about 20 minutes prior to heading out. I have been feeling a bit more energy and not nearly as scatterbrained as usual. Instead of 4 trips to get something done I am down to 2,lol. I have Fibromyalgia AND Lupus or RA so any supplements have an uphill battle and I will take any relief. I have used supplements from this company for several years and enjoy their quality and if you need it, customer service There is something in this product my body needs as I have not forgotten to take it once since I started and would take it twice a day if I could afford to.

It’s helped me tremendously with being in the moment. I was focused and was able to accomplish more than double of my task. Sometimes my body is still willing to work but my mind gets tired that I can’t function. Not the case with G Mindfulness. Stacked with G Caffeine and my day is complete.
