Lands' End Women's 9" Quick Dry Elastic Waist Modest Board Shorts Swim Cover-up Shorts with Panty

The length and the attached panty is just what I was looking for in a swim pant. However, the pockets are not large, are mesh and are not attached to the shorts so don't stay in if you use tem in the water which I do. Very disappointing!

I keep hoping they will put a zipper on at least one pocket because the pockets are useless unless you only stand up in them. Sitting and swimming everything falls out.

These are great shorts for summer adventures; I appreciate the longer leg style. Unfortunately two things took them down to "average" for me: * They are oddly high-waisted, even in the petite sizing. I got the style without the panty because I just wanted to wear them as quick-dry shorts, so this may or may not be an issue for you if you plan to wear them to swim in. * The pockets are absolutely useless. The cutout for the pocket is huge, but because of the design of the pocket itself and lack of interior fabric EVERYTHING falls out - car keys, ID, and don't even think about trying to put your phone in them! So why did they even bother?

All I wore in Hawaii. Great for packing. On top of being my favorite board short, I also found that there are perfect for beach walking. I forgot a beach treasure bag and just used the pockets. The sand filtered right out of the pockets as I walked! I do take away a star because of the limited color range. Give us all the 5 inch length colors!!!!

I bought these for beach wear. They are a bit bulky feeling. The material and color are nice though.

Longer swim shorts are great for active people. I like them for the extra coverage for sun and modesty. Unlike skirts they don't ride up in the water. I am 5' 5" and 133lbs and the size 6 fits nicely.

I am disappointed. I expected these shorts to be tight in the legs. They are not. I am returning.

I am so excited to have this in the plum and also in the teal! They fit so great and are extremely comfortable. They wash well and are my favorite summer go-to!

These shorts and comfortable and versatile. I am pear shaped with huge hips and thighs. These shorts don’t ride up, are slenderizing, and dry quickly.

These swim shorts are exactly what I wanted. They fit true to size.

This fits a little snug because the fit is more streamlined than a fuller cut. 9in length is ok. Tried the curvy fit and its perfect.

Very comfortable. I bought these in exchange for 11 inch shorts,which were too long. I could probably go another couple inches shorter yet, but have to be cautious with my over 65 yr old legs!!

I have owned several pairs of this swim short and generally like them. I like the attached stretchy panty and the durable board type short. I am pear shaped so I think they run small n i wear an 8/10 jean/ pant but take a 14 in this swim short to fit comfortable. They still have not improved the pockets. The mesh is great but they are so shallow with no closure so anything you put in them falls out when you sit. I use them a lot for floating the river in an inflatable kayak so the pockets are useless. My chapstik and small tube of sunscreen cannot be kept in a pocket. You cannot feel that your items will be were you put them if you wear these, say to the pool and sit anywhere. They are still the best option I have found for a comfortable swim short that has a nice weight with a decent liner. th

I am very pleased with this 9" length because of my varicose veins are concealed, so I was a lot less self conscious about being in a public area. I highly recommend these swim shorts because of the great fit and overall look.
