I was shocked that this top arrived with NO TAGS and the material was very flimsy. I am very disappointed in Target. The shirt itself is cute, and I'm undecided whether I'll keep it, but surprised that for the price its not good quality.

I usually fit into a large and decided to buy an XL, so it would be roomy, maybe putting another tank top under neath, but it was too small. I returned it and decided to try the 2XL as I didn't mind it being loose. It still didn't fit, it fit pretty snug. I had to return that one too. It is too bad because it is really cute.
