I used these for night and day. They work awesome great protection.

Like the one long tab instead of 2 small ones and the stretch is nice

My wife has dementia and needs a brief that will hold her discharges all night. This product does it and also is easier to put on a person who does not understand what is being done to dress and undress her.

Used for night time. They are the best we have tried. Just wish our local co-op store would carry them. However we will keep ordering them.

My husband with vascular dementia uses these briefs and they work very well for him during the day. At night we add a liner pad, also Tena, and the bed is dry in the morning.

Great product for overnight protection.' When using a sling (for Lift) Tena briefs protect sling from getting wet in morning thus requiring sling to be washed-big job prevented. Ordering Products from Tena web site has at time's not been smooth. Suggest improvements there.

I love that it has two large tabs that are very strong, it's really comfy and holds well, my only gripe is with the sizing, I seem to be an in betweener, the mediums fit but are tight, and the L/XL fits better, but is a bit loose feeling in spots and sags. Tena should consider splitting up L & XL, I feel like the medium came really close in terms of fitting and I just needed it to be a smidge bigger and it'd fit perfectly, so having a large that was slightly bigger than the medium would have best compared to a size that's trying fit well for two different size groups (I feel like the Medium may be trying to overdo it in that case as well).

These are great, they're super comfy and hold fairly well, my only complaint with them is the tabs are too small and easily come off while I'm asleep at night, if Tena would make the tabs thicker and have a better hold, it'd honestly be the perfect diaper in my opinion.

Heavy user, in a wheelchair. The product is fairly OK, easy to put on and does absorb a lot however it could stand some common improvements. I suggest adding tall standing inner leg cuffs, elestic tops front / back, and offering it with plastic backing as well. As the product is currently, they are too expensive to use since to avoid leaks, you must change them as often (in my case) as cheap / thin products. Remember, I'm in a wheelchair and your usage may vary from mine greatly.

These are easy to put on and takeoff without removing ones clothing. They hold a lot and are very comfortable. They feel like regular underwear albeit, of course, a bit more thick. They can be slid down for toileting. And they are thicker and more absorbent than the ultra version, which is also a good product. The lack of standing leakage barriers does not seem to be a limitation for containment.

I have been using this product for a while and am very happy with it.

Homecare loves these for my mom as they are perfect for changing and cleaning.

My loved one finds this to be a good fit. Fewer accidents than with other products.
