Q: If one light goes out, do all the lights in that section go out?

A: Lights are wired in series, meaning if one bulb burns out, other lights will remain lit. However, if bulb socket/s are loose, entire strand will not light. Trouble-shooting will require pushing firmly down on all bulb sockets checking for loose or broken bulbs that will cause short circuits, resulting all lights to fail on that strand.

Q: What packaging does this tree come in? Also, could you explain if you "fluff" the tree by hand, or does it fluff up electronically? Cheers, Simone.

A: Hi Simone! The tree comes in a standard two layer cardboard box. Some people choose to store the tree in the original box, others choose to purchase one of our convenient carrying bags that have wheels. Fluffing is the process of spreading and evening out the branches by hand to make the tree appear full and real. We estimate that it takes approximately 45 minutes to fluff a 6' tree and anywhere from 90 minutes to 120 minutes for a 7.5' tree. - Taylor, BCP Product Specialist

The lights on the top part of the tree does not work. Even replacing the bulbs and fuse did not help. I had to buy an extra set of lights to put on the tree very disappointed.
