Size 40 is not a true 38 inch waist, it is too long.

it does NOT look like the picture. It feels cheap, not like leather, and the color is several shades lighter. Way overpriced at $26 for such poor quality I'm a 34 waist, I ordered size 36 'cos that's the recommended size for a 34 waist... I can't get the two ends to meet! That's how small it is. I'm returning it right now,

My husband wears a 32" always and this one didn't even make it around his waist, sizing is weird with this one.

It is also ideal for "levi" style trousers, from rough and tumble work pants, to stylish "great for the club" trousers. It has thick but sturdy leather with no stretching or elongation of holes. This seem to be a great product.

Just had to add some extra holes to it cause he has a smaller waist. It’s very well made with quality material. It looks like a belt used for going to church, job interview etc. it’s a 42 inch belt but fits a smaller waists. I’m a 38 waist And it does not fit me so if you have a bigger waist then I suggest you get a bigger size then you are. I recommend this
