These run small. My toddler just turned 2 years old and I can't pull them up high enough because they're of the lenght. She is a little taller than the average toddler BUT these are 2-3T. They should have fit. I bought the same size at old Navy and those fit her fine.

They are good quality and good price. They just run small. I bought a 2-3T thinking they’d fit my daughter for awhile since she had just started wearing 2T. They fit, but they were just right, so I’d say they fit more like a 24 months-2T

These are way thicker than I anticipated, they don’t seem like they will run easily, so that’s a plus. I knocked off two stars because of two reasons: 1. I ordered 2-3T for my little one who is in size 2T/3T and they are definitely too short for this size child’s legs. I would recommend sizing up. 2. The feet and ankles are weirdly baggy, not fitted or formed to the feet. This makes it look kind of odd when they wear shoes that show the ankle/top of the feet.

My daughter wears a 4T in most brands and she has plenty of cat & jack brand, these fit like a 2T-3T. They’re tight and hard to get on, and not long enough to be able to pull up all the way. The crotch is halfway down her thigh and I can’t pull them up any more.
