The fabric is pretty thick, so these might not be good for summer's hottest days. Fit well, nice detail on waist trim and fasteners. Not sure why they are designated "school uniform" - they are great business casual pants too.

Good quality material but baggy in the legs for me. Lands End tends to be too roomy for my frame. I am short so the cropped length was good but it is a very loose fit.

I was very disappointed with the Mid-rise Chino Crop pants. The waist fit fine, but the top of the legs are so wide that they resemble jodhpurs. I will certainly be returning them.
