Received the 3 in 1 walker as a gift about 5 months ago for our grandaughter. A part failed (I think it just wore it out, since she loves the walker so much !). Dream On Me has stood by their product & is shipping a replacement at no cost. Nice ! Customer Service still means something. Thanks Dream On Me!
