Have purchased towels in the past and quite happy with them. Thought I would refresh and purchase new. Ordered sets in both Rich Steel and Shale Gray. Rich Steel color is as pictured; however, Shale Gray is more blue than gray and in photo on line represents as more gray. Hoping the quality upholds as did last purchase. Beware when ordering Shale Gray.

I bought the Roasted Walnut Supima towels with bath matts of the same color name. Love the towels but SO DISAPPOINTED that the matt color is not even close. It is way lighter - about half the shade of the towels - and much grayer. Looks kind of like it was faded. No one could tell me if there is a better match co I am returning the entire order.

LANDS END is my go to for towels. The colors are consistent, towels are luxurious in weight and softness and bath towels are a great size for me (a size 2) and guests who are larger. They wear well and I love these products--THANKS

Great Aqua Bath towels! Love the color! Very soft and thick. It has been years since I bought Lands End towels and I am glad that I purchased them again! The hand towels and wash cloths are great also. They wash very nice. I am interested to see how they last. So far after 2 washings they are still very soft and thick.

Washing instructions are now wash in cold water on delicate cycle. These made in India towels are thin, seem to get pulls when you look at them crosswise, ends are not sewn well, and are a huge decrease in quality from the prior version made in Turkey. The rose color is not rose, it's a coral as noted by an another reviewer. I have bought these towels for more than 15 years. I will have to buy two replacement towels of this current version just to keep a set intact when they go on clearance, then no more of these until you wake up Lands End and find a vendor that can manufacture a decent towel.

As I reported to Land's End, with pictures of the tags both labeled “slate gray” the towel I bought from Lands end last summer was a medium gray while the new towels with the same label were light blue. I could not return them due to the fact that I just had a large number of guests to come in.

These towels are very soft but highly absorbent. They are a few inches larger in length and width than my old Lands End towels, but will shrink a bit over the course of washing and drying a few times. If they last as long, and stay unraveled from wear, as my old ones have done, I'll be more than satisfied with them!

I received these wonderful towels for Christmas and they have gone to the top my list for most favorite towels. I seriously have total strangers how great of towels they are- thick, plush and wash and dry beautifully. They look the same, as when I opened them! And the personalization really is nice!

Do not waste your time or money on these towels. I don’t understand what is happening at lands end, but the quality has really disappeared. I have purchased from this company for many years and have towels from 5 years ago that are much better quality. However the past year or so, the quality has changed. I don’t know if they changed manufacture companies or have cut back due to higher prices of goods needed to produce these items. These towels shredded the VERY FIRST Time I washed them, BEFORE using. Sending them back!! Please bring back the quality goods you were known for.
