    I have worn only Lands End knit boxers for years. They are the best. When you dropped the individual sizes (36, 38, 40) and went to small, medium, large (36-38) I was very disappointed. The large 36-38 was fine in the waist, but the rise was too low and bending over left you with an uncomfortable feeling. When you came out with the tall versions I was ecstatic. They fit perfect and the high waist is terrific.

    More garbage. Size is WAY off. I would need at least a 40” waste and a huge butt to fit into these “large” underwear. Makes decent but expensive shop rags.

    I've purchased tall sized boxer briefs many times before with great results. Unfortunately, something has drastically changed with the sizing of these. The size my son normally wears are huge and the size down are tight. I wish you would go back to what works well.

    My husband's underwear drawer has no less than 5 or 6 different brands of underwear in it, because I've looked for years, for a good brand. These are it! At least they fit my husband's bod perfectly and the quality is really, really nice. No pilling and stretching out of the waist band. The fabric isn't wearing thin. He's been wearing them for months at this point. I actually came to the site to buy another 3-pack -- to replace the other worn-out brands, in his drawer.

Now, however, they do not fit as well as they used to, since the sizing has changed from specific even numbered waist sizes to the more common small, medium, large, etc. I used to buy size 36, but since the large is intended to fit sizes 36 to 38, the large is too large. The big advantage of buying these underwear was the more specific sizing, but now that advantage is gone. They are no longer distinctly better than any other brand. I thought that Lands' End had learned their lesson when they did the same corner cutting with the inseam sizes on their jeans, but apparently not.

    The previous version was offered in discrete sizes e.g. 32-33. The switch to S-M-L sizes results in a brief that does not fit as well. Going forward I'll look elsewhere.
