With an iFIT subscription, your treadmill can deliver workouts that are personalized to you, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Just connect your own smartphone or tablet with Bluetooth® to enjoy thousands of iFIT's expert-led, outdoor workouts. iFIT's intelligent fitness technology can control your treadmill to deliver workouts that are personalized to you, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. SmartAdjust™ can automatically change your 0-12 MPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. To change your incline, simply step off of the treadmill and set your incline manually to a 1% or 6% grade. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth® and turn on iFIT’s ActivePulse™ feature so that the automatic speed adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth® headphones or using the treadmill’s two 2” speakers, you’ll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time. Once your workout is over, you can fold the treadmill easily and keep it folded with a pull pin. When you’re ready to workout around the world, remove the pin and gently lower the treadmill deck to the floor. *iFIT experience shown. Do not buy this treadmill doesn't work and only covered by 90 day warranty. It has never held a consistent speed. When you hit stop for your work it it jolts stop immediately as if you pulled the emergency stop.
