I’m sure this is delicious! I LOVE chickpeas and they are an excellent source of protein outside of eating meat. I was a vegetarian for 10 years and so I have grown super fond of chickpeas as a result. I hope I can find this soon so I can try it for real!

One of my other favorite foods is falafel and hummus, which are both made out of chickpeas. I'm OBSESSED with this stuff!! Now that I'm a vegetarian, I can't have chicken noodle soup anymore, but I can have chickpea 🧆 & noodle 🍜 soup!! It's a brilliant way to get my protein, and it tastes wildly good 👍🏼👍🏼😊 Literally the perfect meal!!!

Chickpeas are also one of my favorite foods so this is a great spin off of a hearty chicken and noodle. It’s filling and good for you at the same time. I love it! It has a great flavor!
