They changed the recipe for this soup that I have been eating several times a week since I was a child. I am SIXTY years old. The new mushy stars recipe is just horrible. Dirty dishwater horrible. I will NOT be buying any more of it. WHAT are they thinking??

They changed the pearl pasta to flatter squares. The pearl pasta held its texture where the new pasta is just mushy. I could tell with the first bite something was different. This was our family's go-to soup ... no more.

Why in the world would you change the recipe of one of your most popular soups? The pasta is no longer pearl pasta, it's stars. The texture is off due to this and not nearly as good. Not really interested now which is a shame since I grew up with this as my favorite.

This used to be my favorite soup, but they changed the recipe. Now it has mushy pastina instead of the pearl pasta it always used to have (which was thicker, so it maintained texture even after being canned). The new pasta is so overcooked it just dissolves in your mouth, which is gross. They need to go back to the original recipe.

I love Chickarina soup... it reminds me of the soup my Grammy used to make... not as good as hers but still tasty! I saw a review stating disappointment that there's PORK in the meatballs which they can't eat and it says "all white meat" on the label. I have dietary restrictions too so I ALWAYS READ THE LABEL. Target has all the label information listed below the product; also pork is considered a white meat! I write reviews because I read reviews when ordering items online and when people give bad reviews about issues other than the quality of the product it is misleading and unfair to other shoppers.
