A: The difference in prices come from the materials, The gray uses more resources to create the look and is in turn more expensive.

Q: Can the cushion covers be removed to wash? Do they have zippers?

A: Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. One should avoid using harsh cleaners, use a mild soap solution and damp cloth. Dust and pick up spills by using a clean, non-colored, lint free cloth. And of course, we always recommend all outdoor furniture, especially wood furniture to be properly covered and stored when not in use to extend the lifetime of the item.

I loved the look but the quality is not great . If you expect to have over 2 people over don’t buy it is not going to last . Mine is over a month old and is already bending down right in the middle . It’s probably good for 2 people under 120 lbs each but no more than that . I actually have to tell my guests to not sit there because I’m worried it wont hold the weight of 3 people . I do not recommend this if you are planning to have more than 2 people seating on it .

package arrived intact- no damage. easy assembly. we bought this couch to match existing love seat and 2 chairs we already owned. these cushions are much much thinner than previous loveseat. and the back of the couch is not as high as chairs and loveseat. price was reasonable.

Quality wasn’t what I expected First of all none of the screw holes lined up so assembly was awful. Then the cushions were thin,cheap and slippery.

We greatly appreciate your feedback and apologize for the trouble in assemble. We recommend that you reinstall the sofa, according to our instructions. when you asseemble this sofa, you should bear this in mind: please don't overtighten screws, tighten only until all screws into drills.

I ordered this for our deck in the mountains. It did take about 30 minutes to assemble. The quality seems really good and it is very comfortable! We have already spent more time outside because of it! The directions for assembly were straight forward and easy to follow. I am very pleased with this purchase and would suggest it for others.
