When I first got this bag I loved everything about it. The size, slouchy-ness, and interior pocket were great. The material and zipper felt a little cheap but I figured it would be fine. I wore it to work for two days and then it unfortunately ripped. The stitching was also coming loose in several places. I really like the look of the bag, but the quality wasn’t great. Ended up returning it.

I love this bag’s quality, color ♥️ and puffy trend. Handle is strong and not too long or short. I use it as my work bag for my laptop, etc. I had previously bought an Amazon version of this, as the free people version was a bit too pricey in my opinion, and in less than a year it has lost all the puffiness to it and the handle got so long and it uncomfortable. The zipper piece broke and I had to use a paper clip to open and close it 🥴🤷🏽♀️. In other words get it! This price is amazing.

In terms of looks, this definitely looks like the more expensive version. However, there is no cell phone pocket, no exterior pockets and only one zippered area. There is just no place to put your phone, lip, gloss, or feminine products!
