I absolutely love this brand and its tissues. I use it daily regardless of the weather. It’s soft and does not leave any flaky residue on your face. It’s also strong enough to withstand a couple of uses at a time. I highly recommend this brand if you are looking for a sturdy yet soft tissue to comfort you throughout the day!

I have been buying these for quite a long time and have always been satisfied. But lately quality control is not good. I am finding many tissues cut in half lengthwise. If this continues I will have to find another brand.

I appreciate that the company wants to give you a good amount of tissues but when the first 3-4 are torn apart when you try to pull them out your packing process has much to be admired. Sadly, I’m going back to Kleenex.

We have high quality standards for every part of our packaging process, but it is possible that when the bundle of tissue was being inserted into the carton it could have shifted slightly, causing the issue you’re experiencing with dispensing. As you continue dispensing tissues, it should become easier to pull them out smoothly. Once there’s a little more room in the carton it should allow the bundle to shift back where it should be for proper dispensing. Pull the first tissue out of the box and 6 of its friends come with it. Several torn half single layers mixed in the first bunch. Frustrating and doesn’t look nice on counter. Box colors could be better.

I have used Puffs for decades. My 91 year old mom will only purchase puffs. The quality has gone downhill. The tissue is thin and abrasive. I just had the flu and used up a box and a half and was wishing I’d purchased another brand. Please go back to your original quality!

I used to really love Puffs tissues. They were thicker than other brands. Within maybe the last 6 months, the tissues are noticeably thinner. I thought maybe I had a defective box or something but nope. While they are still softer than others I find I now need to use two instead of one. Very disappointing.

I love how soft these tissues are compared to our typical work tissues. A friend of mine has a running gag where he actually buys them and distributes them to our row because they’re superior and he cares about our noses lol! The layers don’t flake apart on you like some cheaper tissue brands and overall they seem to hold more “gunk” than the cheap 1-ply work tissues. Would recommend!

I find that about half way thru every box (small) the tissues become clogged and I have to dig the bottom wad out and reconfigure it so the tissues can be pulled out individually.

This is the best soft tissue around! So inexpensive. I keep one in the car, purse, church pew, and office! Doesn’t leave any parts behind. It soaks up the runny nose and doesn’t tear off. The tissue doesn’t have any scent and the packeting makes it easy to up out.

I have been a Puffs user my entire life but I feel that the quality of your product has diminished greatly. Not only are they not economical anymore but they fall apart when pulling out of the box and the quantity has diminished as well. Therefore, I will no longer be buying your product.
