Q: are these pop up or single selection?

A: The pop-up boxes are junk anyway! The reason we buy these is the Scott brand has the pop-up box. When it gets about half-empty, you have to cut the box open to get the tissues!

A: Thanks for your question. Puffs with Vicks are supposed to smell like Vicks Vaporub, but the rest of Puffs should be unscented. Having said that, we know paper products like facial tissues can be porous and can absorb odors around them. It is possible in the shipping, warehousing, or storage, if placed near highly perfumed or scented items, it could have picked it up.

They are soft and strong. I do not like the tissue dust that gets everywhere. Some boxes are really dusty and I sneeze right after I blow my nose.

The softer the paper, the more lint there may be. However, an excess of lint can build up on the manufacturing line. These are no longer unscented. They have the same smell as everything you find at the dollar store. Like cheap perfume. I'm now also allergic to these. They are just plain ultra soft. Not supposed to be scented. I guess I'll be looking for new tissues. Again.

Definitely work for occasional nose blowing, but the lotion ones work better at keeping your nose from getting raw. Like these to have our around the house, they are soft.

I’ve bought cases the last few times. The packaging in the cubes are very frustrating in as much as they stop popping out half way through. You then have to dig and ruin the next few to get it restarted. I’m going to stop buying if this isn’t fixed pretty quickly. Getting too expensive

The tissues are fine. My issue is with the way they are packed in the box. The first 12-15 tear as you try to grab one leaving you with a small corner if you are lucky. It really shouldn't take two hands to pull a tissue out of the box. It really isn't a benefit to get a couple extra tissues in a box if the first ten are going to shred beyond use anyway. So frustrating.

I have used Puffs for years. Lately, I noticed the quality has declined. Now when you pull a tissue from the box, it's usually shreds of tissue. A wasted product. I will get several of these before I reach a usable tissue. Such a waste of money. Unless quality improves, I'm switching to another brand.

There is so much dust and particles that come off of the tissues, it irritates my eyes and nose so badly that I have gone through a whole box in 1 morning. Then I realized after seeing my desk was covered in dust that it was no coincidence that I was having an allergy attack. These tissues are making my allergies worse!! Sickening. They are also scratchy and not soft. I'm gonna have to thow these out because I don't even feel right giving them away.

Ultra Soft is too thin and lacks coverage, so I switched to Kleenex, which feels like the original Puffs. Growing up, I always called tissues Puffs. It's disappointing to have to use the Kleenex name, as I once preferred Puffs for its quality and price, which no longer holds true.

The truth is that your tissues are extremely sandpaper like. They used to be wonderful. they are small and thin. I will go back to Kleenex ultra soft.
