Summary of reviews
This Pad Thai meal kit offers a quick and easy meal solution, but it has received mixed reviews. While some guests appreciate the flavor and convenience, many have expressed disappointment over the lack of chicken and vegetables, which are not as abundant as the packaging suggests. The sauce is flavorful, but the meal often requires additional ingredients to meet expectations.

This was mostly noodles with some chopped up stuff that I guess was chicken. The flavor is awful. Like watery sugar and chili sauce. Seriously bad
way way WAY too fishy

What an absolute scam of a product. I normally cook from scratch, but foolishly bought this thinking I'd have an easy meal kit while traveling. Nope. What you get is two sad little pouches of noodles and a giant pouch of sugar sauce with a few chunks of chicken garnishes thrown in. YOU GET LESS THAN A SINGLE OUNCH OF CHICKEN FOR THIS EXTORTED PRICE. NEVER AGAIN. On the flip side, if they HAD included a good six ounces of chicken, it would have been great, as the flavor was actually pretty good.
Good and easy pad thai

I make my own pad thai and I’m always in search of a good recipe. This was as good as it gets for pad thai. I added some fresh lime.
Absolutely ridiculous

I never review food items. This was so horrible that feel compelled to try to protect the next unwary shopper. The picture looks like succulent chunks of chicken with mushrooms and scallions. What you get are two rockhard packets of rice noodles (Cost to them, $.30), and a packet of "sauce" that looked and tasted like diluted ketchup. Oh yes, there was chicken in the sauce. I think you would need an electron microscope to see it, though. The first ingredient in the sauce is sugar and, it tastes like it. this company should be embarrassed, putting this out, and Target should be embarrassed to stock it. You have been warned.
Interesting not my favorite.

The servings are small. The point value high if you’re on WW. The noodles are very pasty. Not much chicken. I’ve never had pad thai with carrots until I bought this. My husband enjoyed it. I had to add fried rice because there really wasn’t enough for 2 grown adults.
Absolutely not

It was gross. It didn't smell good, I love pad Thai and I love an easy meal there have been so many choices that have gone through Target that taste so much better than this. This is a hard pass

I LOVE Pad Thai and eat it often. This is an abomination to the Pad Thai name. The noodles were rubbery and the sauce was EXCEEDINGLY salty and lacked the flavor complexity of real Pad Thai sauce. I like salty foods, probably too much, but this was off the charts salty. Absurdly salty. This product bears no resemblance to real Pad Thai-don't bother with it. The added salt will raise your blood pressure more than finding our your mother will be coming to live with you.
Don't bother.

Bought in the store. Mistake, I should have checked the reviews online. 1) There is very little substance to this outside of the noodles. Thought the "chicken" was beef, it was so macerated and dark. 2) If you are still daring enough to try, don't microwave, the noodles did not cook through. 3) It is not spicy at all. I happen to like that, but for me, that was the only redeeming quality. For most, I'd assume would want more heat.

Its not anywhere near how it looks or claims. the amount of chicken is laughable. The taste is meh. I dressed it up with green onion and sweet basil leaves and a decent amount of chicken.
Don't waste your money!

I read the reviews too late. This was absolutely disgusting and not to mention it leaves a terrible aftertaste. I took two bites and threw the rest away! Don’t waste your money, if you want Pad Thai just get the real thing!

This was horrible. There is tiny pieces of I guess what you would call chicken in it and it tasted so fishy that it was too overpowering for me.

It was fine but nothing to rave about. I really don’t like mushrooms (which are in the ingredients) But, I’m happy to report, didn’t see any, or much of any veggies for that matter. I got it on sale for $5, but I would not have paid $10 for this sad dinner.

Having tried a couple other Pulmoune - Ready in Minutes meals, this one has by far been the biggest disappointment. As other comments have mentioned, this meal doesn't contain much chicken or vegetables. This was also true for my portion. Additionally, the recipe used fish sauce (anchovy, sea salt) which overpowered the rest of the dish. During tasting I had to double check I didn't make a mistake and buy a seafood stir fry kit.
