I ordered the 3pc Outdoor Patio Rattan Furniture Set with Sectional Ottoman and Table (Brown) and was beyond disappointed when it arrived damaged. The packaging was sloppy, and parts of the furniture were cracked, dented, and unusable straight out of the box (see attached photos). What made it worse? Target’s completely inconsiderate response. Instead of offering help or a prompt solution, I was met with indifference and canned replies. For a company of this size, I expected at least basic customer care, but nope—no accountability, no empathy, no urgency. This set was meant to be a centerpiece for our outdoor space, and now it's just a pile of frustration sitting on my porch. Save your money and peace of mind—buy from literally anywhere else.

The size is very good and will not occupy too much space because it's not bulky, 3 adults will seat conformable, sturdy cushions and great color combination. For the assembly part, grab a partner because ots going to be interesting. It has more screws than my house ( you'll need them in order to be sturdy), but it will take you about an hour to assemble, instructions are easy to follow. Overall, it's a very good 3 piece that you can position in your back patio because it's weather resistant, and it's super easy to clean since it's a vinyl material.

The fabric is durable and I love that you can unzip to wash the covers. The only real problem I had was that when it came it didn’t have and instructions and I couldn’t find any online. Thankfully it was pretty intuitive to put together if you like a good puzzle and it all came out well.
