My child loves the gummy formula and how well it works for her. She has a restful nights sleep with out that groggy feeling the next day. We only use it occasional and can tell a difference. I occasionally take melatonin myself so I decided to look for melatonin that is non-habit forming and specially formulated for kids . My kids love gummies so they really think it’s a treat to get gummies before bed time. I was so happy to see them not tossing and turning and they woke up refreshed and with no grogginess.

I use them on nights that they are a little more wound up to help them calm down and good nights rest. I give it to them while we're getting ready for bed so as we are reading about half an hour later they are starting to feel much more calm and sleepy. They sleep nicely through the night and wake up when needed in the morning well rested

I have been using Vicks products for decades it's a name brand im familiar with and trust My daughter has occasional issues falling asleep and giving her these safe, non habitat forming, natural chemical free products makes feel like I've chosen the best for her. I also love that they put these gummies in a dark colored bottle to better protect them from light and sun damage. My daughter says these gummies taste good and that makes it even easier to give her.

My 10 year old said that he loves the flavor of them and that they are a gummy form which is fun and easy for him to take. He said he didn’t notice any difference in how he fell asleep or stayed asleep but he did enjoy taking them. My 15 year old also said he loved the flavor and the gummy form. He said he noticed that he seemed to fall asleep easier than usual when he took them. I personally think that the flavor was delicious and it made them very pleasant to take. Even though they’re gummies, they didn’t get stuck in my teeth and were easy to chew up completely. I did feel that I was getting sleepier than without using them and I also seemed to fall asleep easier and stay asleep for longer periods of time without waking compared to when I wasn’t using them.
