The coconut sugar made it lightly sweet. There is only 160 calories with 6 grams of fiber per serving. It is also a probiotic. It's a nice addition to breakfast or a quick snack.

With only 5 grams of added sugar, this was plenty sweet and packed good macros into a single packet. I appreciated the balance of fiber, fat anc protein. The banana flavor was not too over powering. A good choice for pantry ready breakfast prep.

It was really filling and great flavor. I tried the Banana Nut next and just mixed the dry envelope into yogurt. Oh my! So delicious! I'd definitely recommend this super food!

It made a very lovely warm comforting breakfast in the morning. Also used it in a protein smoothie and worked really well in that.
