I added protein granola, peanut butter, bananas, oat milk, and agave to add extra protein and make this a complete meal. I love that the ingredients are so simple and natural, which is typically not true for several other instant oatmeals. It also had just the right amount of sweetness to it. I was surprised by how full I felt from just one bowl of oatmeal. I like how easy it is to put this together in the morning and would consider having oatmeal for breakfast more often.

I'm more a fan of old fashioned oats that have a bit more texture and aren't as mushy but I can't complain about the clean ingredients used to made these. The banana nut flavor isn't my favorite either but I'm sure others who like that will enjoy it. Instructions included on the box where easy to follow.

Although it has 8g sugar in each serving, it does taste much sweeter, compared with other brand and type. Since I’m on purposely to reduce my sugar intake, this helps me.
