Probably because she covers the dish and hides the food from all the other dogs that are near her at dinner time...she is very possessive over it, that's for sure. Golden retrievers usually don't growl much, but let a Yorkie try to mess with this delightful dish.... Ha! Not a shot!

He waits at his food bowl at 7 am every morning. Reasonably priced especially for the high quality. Makes my puppy a happy healthy puppy!
