Q: Can this amp be connected to a pc to power standard home audio speakers ?
A: That is exactly what I am using it for. I bought a cheaper model by Pyle (25watts) a few years back and it has served me well but I believe it is blown a fuse.I was happy to find this so reasonably priced to replace my older amplifier, which is connected to an older iMac, which I stream Pandora amd MP3's from. the amp is also connected to very excellent hundred white metal RadioShack speakers from the 80s! Best sound system for the money by far!

Q: I HAVE A TURNTABLE AT-LP60X BUT NO SPEAKERS.. WHAT DO I NEED?
A: Thank you for your question. This amplifier would not work with the AT-LP60X-BK turntable as the turntable does not have (and will need) a required preamp built in.
submitted byVMInnovations - 6 years agoBrand expertA: I'm upset that this is from a year ago, because this information is wrong. Only answering because I feel it could be helpful to someone else. The LP60x DOES have a built-in preamp; you just have to flip the switch on the back from "line" to "phono". From there, you can either get active/powered speakers (aka it has a built-in amp) or you can go the amp-passive speaker route.

Q: When connected to a TV, if I increase the volume on the TV will the volume increase automatically using this device?
A: Thank you for your question. The volume control will need to be adjusted on the unit itself rather than on the TV.
