Q: Will it work on carpet?

A: Hi, it is suitable for use on continuous carpeting. However, it may not be as effective on shorter carpet fibers.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, the kid can actually ride on the product. The kid can sit on it, place the feet on the footrest, and press down on the footrest. When release the pressure, the footrest will come back up, propelling the horse forward one step at a time. Please note that this product only allows forward movement and does not have the ability to move backward.

It did not move, the seat is really hard to push down. My daughter has not been able to ride it, unfortunately I will be returning it.

Pretty and soft, sturdy construction but it doesn't move like the video shows. When they push up and down on it the legs go back and forth but doesn't propel the unicorn and rider forward. Daughter has been sitting on it but has to push it forward with her feet.

Exactly as pictured. It took a little while for my daughter to figure it out but once she did she was scooting all over the house on it.
