There were parts missing, like the part inside the headboard to screw the bolt into. The wood parts were very unfinished and high chance of getting splinters. Some holes were not aligned. I started with the headboard and when that wasn't working, I gave up and packed everything up to be returned.

Definitely get what you pay for. Parts missing, incomplete directions. Very flimsy & squeaky once assembled. Color is not as described. Would return if it wasn’t such a hassle.

I want to love my bed but the headboard arrived with a huge STAIN. I'm confused as to why it is stained and now wondering if it was previously used? I already hired someone to put it together and can't waste anymore time or money so returning it isn't an option. I am hoping customer service will provide assistance.

My daughter had wanted to downsize to a Full bed and so I went in the hunt and found this one. The assemble was not that bad at all. She loves it and so do I . Its cute and matches with her room decor. Would recommend this frame for sure.
