Q: Can I use a 12” thick mattress with this?

A: Dear Customer, thank you for reaching out about your interest in our product. Considering the storage functionality of our product, we recommend using a mattress that is 6 to 8 inches thick. A 12-inch thick mattress might not be able to be properly stored along with the mattress storage mechanism of our product due to its excessive thickness. Have a nice day!

Q: Is there any wiggle room in the mattress size. Are you allowing for bed linens? If my mattress is 9" thick will it store properly with no linens on it? Thank you!

Since your mattress is 9 inches thick, it will fit perfectly and store properly.
