Q: Can you eat these cookies while pregnant?

submitted by Gaby - 4 years ago
  • A: In regards to your inquiry, we do have many nursing and pregnant mothers that are avid consumers of Quest products. Having said that, as with anything, we recommend you speak to your primary physician or nutritionist first, as everyone is very different, and it’s prudent to check on your individual dietary needs/tolerances. All of the ingredients we use in our products are classified as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) by the FDA, and we have many pregnant/nursing women who consume our products because of what they do not contain (sugar, trans fat, etc.), but again, only your doctor can say for sure what is right for you individually!

These Quest cookies are a staple in my keto lifestyle. I try to avoid processed foods but this treat keeps me going when I need a quick sweet and a shot of protein. Very tasty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been on the hunt for a good low-carb sweet treat. Quest cookies are my favorite by far. Oftentimes with low-carb sweets, they are so tiny that I end up wanting more than a single serving. But these cookies are big! They are soft and have just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy my sweet tooth. Definitely recommend!

New Cookie Recipe Tastes Terrible

1 out of 5 stars
mikeyj066 - 22 days ago

Not sure what happened but my most recent box tasted terrible. I’ve ordered a box a month for years and this was my go to snack on keto. Loved the cookies. However, the latest box looked different and tasted very different. I couldn’t even get through one cookie without spitting it out. If you changed something, please change back. Took me forever to find the best keto friendly snack and if these have changed for good, I’m back to square one. Heck, I even love the snickerdoodle and other cookies but I’m afraid if they’ve changed too I’d just be wasting money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always been a fan of soft cookies, so when I saw this new recipe, I knew I had to try it! The texture is perfect, especially when I microwave it for 10 seconds and eat it warm. I feel like I’m cheating on my favorite pastry when I have one of these after my workout!

Added Sucralose? Unbelievable

I can't believe you added Sucralose to the new recipe! Unbelievable. I can't buy these anymore nor can I recommend them to my patients because of this poor decision. Why would you do that when the stevia was just fine?

Why add toxic sucralose?

Why the change?! I was so disappointed when I learned the new version of the chocolate chip cookies contains sucralose. I used to buy the double chocolate protein bars but stopped when sucralose was added to those. Now the protein cookies are ruined too. I loved the old version so much and after trying just about every other protein cookie out there, I even decided to give these a chance but now they have less flavor and taste artificial. Please bring back the old recipe without sucralose.

After trying all of the flavors of the Quest brand cookies, much to my disappointment, the flavors of these cookies are not distinguishable from one another. They all have the same exact artificial taste. The texture is much too light and crumbly to satisfy the craving of an actual cookie. There is a ton saturated fat in these as well. They’re probably okay as a protein snack, but I’d rather eat an actual cookie in moderation because these suck.

Deliciously Guilt-Free!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the pleasure of trying the new Quest Nutrition Cookies, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I opened the package, I was greeted by the delicious aroma that instantly made my mouth water. These cookies are incredibly soft and chewy, a delightful change that truly enhances the overall experience. Each bite is a perfect blend of flavor and texture, making it hard to believe that they are actually a healthier option. The taste is rich and satisfying, with just the right amount of sweetness to curb any cravings. Nutritionally, Quest Cookies pack a punch with 15 grams of protein, only 2 to 5 net carbs, and just 1 gram of sugar per cookie. This makes them a fantastic choice for anyone looking to indulge without the guilt. It’s like having a sweet treat that feels like a cheat day, but without the repercussions! Overall, I highly recommend Quest Nutrition Cookies to anyone looking for a tasty and nutritious snack. Whether you’re on the go or enjoying a cozy night in, these cookies are sure to hit the spot. Don’t miss out on this deliciousness—grab a pack and treat yourself!

Quest's New Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Review!

5 out of 5 stars
Quest's Chocolate Chip - 1 month ago
originally posted on questnutrition.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to their older version, these cookies are noticeably softer and more enjoyable to bite into. The previous Quest cookies had a dense, almost dry texture that required a lot of chewing, but this new formula is much closer to an actual cookie—chewy, moist, and slightly crumbly. A definite improvement! The chocolate chunks are generous, and the softer texture makes it feel more like a real cookie. Quest definitely improved their cookies with this update. They’re softer, tastier, and more enjoyable overall. While they still have a bit of that protein-bar-like taste, they’re a solid high-protein snack if you’re craving something sweet. Would I buy them again? Yes, especially the Chocolate Chip!

These cookies are sooo soft and so good but most of all guilt free. I love packing these with my work lunches and even just keeping a few in my gym bag after a good workout. The perfect protein snack on the go but even better in the microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just tried the new & improved Quest Cookies, and wow they’re softer, chewier, and even more delicious than before! If you’re looking for a high protein snack that feels like a treat but fits your macros, this is it. Each cookie packs 15g of protein, 2-5 net carbs, and just 1g of sugar, making it a great pre or post workout snack. The texture is way better than before less crumbly, more doughy, and super satisfying. Plus, the new packaging makes them easier to find!

I have purchased these cookies for years. They were recently "improved" to be "softer and yummier." One change that was made was the addition of glycerin which is used as a laxative. These cookies now cause a considerable amount of intestinal distress. They taste better but they will keep you in the bathroom!
