Quest Nutrition Cheese Crackers - Spicy Cheddar

I don’t eat much fake food anymore, but this is one fake food that I allow myself. I usually just eat mixed nuts for a snack or have an avocado because in my experience the fake sugar snacks and fake chips and all that just create cravings and they aren’t satisfying because they’re not food. If anything these probably throw off my progress to losing weight and feeling better but I do like them. Pro tip, food usually has one or a couple ingredients, science experiments usually have a couple hundred, like these crackers. I don’t know anything about macros ( I hate that word and I just use it mockingly) or nutritional science but I do know that my body likes real food, like eggs. It knows exactly what to do with an egg. No one needs to eat these protein snacks, eggs are readily available. Idk if I’ll be eating these much longer but they’re ok once in a while.

So delicious with the perfect kick of spice! An easy way to add 10g of protein to your diet.

My husband and I love these! They are pretty satisfying and fill me up for just a little snack. Love that we’re getting protein and a treat.

I bought this cracker after trying their yummy chips. Really great mouth taste and good texture. Just like regular cheezits, but this has a powdery texture to it. Love the flavor and will continue to buy. But they are kind of pricey so I don’t buy all the time. But good to keep in my car if I’m out and about.

These are so tasty! That’s what I love about them. They actually have a nice little kick and they are super crispy. The only thing that makes me a little sad, is the portion size. But, what do you expect right?

Too spicy to eat. All you can taste bis heat and no cheese flavor. My mouth burned for too long.

One of the best low carb snacks I’ve found

Really good low carb choice for crackers. It’s kind of pricey. And there is a slight after taste being extra healthy but not much. My go to for keto and a healthy alternative.

I love the spicy cheddar, it’s not chalky like the cheddar blast flavor. Perfect amount of spice & cheddar. Adding this to future grocery lists.
