The taste is pleasant, but it does taste like artificial strawberry flavoring. It is thick, like any other ready to drink protein shake. However it is not chalky, which is refreshing. If you're trying to get enough protein while getting (or staying) lean, at 45 g of protein and 230 calories, the protein to calorie ratio is very good. It's nice getting 45 g in one serving.

It could probably scratch that itch if you’re craving a milkshake. You could blend it with ice to get that same texture too. I like that it has no added sugar, which aligns with my dietary goals.

Doesn't have the taste or or gritty texture of other protein shakes and makes a great base for mixing with other things to make a super packed shake to maximize the effectiveness of 45g of protein! Only draw back for me is that item is sweetened with sucralose, which I consume sparingly.

Normally I’d go for the competitor for protein shakes, but with almost double the amount of protein in this shake alone, I think I may how found my new go to. It literally tasted like strawberry milk. I love that. It has 45 g of protein.
