Q: Is this glue food safe? I’m trying to fix a broken plate.

submitted by Raven stone - 4 months ago
  • A: I’ve glued ceramic bowls and plates back together after breaking them and eaten on them without any worry of food safety. The glue becomes hard and should not end up in your food. Note: I do handwash those items from now on.

Q: can I use on soft leather open seam repair

submitted by dorothy - 3 years ago
  • A: Thank you for the question. Loctite Super Glue Gel Control will bond leather. The successful use will depend upon the nature and severity of the repair needed on an open seam and available bonding surface. Unfortunately, there is no way to know if this will work in your situation.
