The first light I bought was cosmetically bad. It had multiple dents on the cosmetic surfaces and a deep scratch as well. In addition to that, when I opened the box, three of the five light shades were broken. Lamps Plus took back that light and ordered me a replacement. The new light arrived with no cosmetic issues, but two of the five lampshades were broken. Continuing the disappointing experience, replacement lampshades have been ordered, but with no ETA. Overall, I would not buy another product from Quiozel again. Their prices are high with mediocre quality. Their packaging is terrible. So far, 100% broken glass parts. Not a winning experience. The only thing I like about the light fixture is how it looks in my bathroom.
