Great Record and Beautiful to Spin

I received this vinyl record for Christmas 2020. It is a truly beautiful record when spinning. I do love colored vinyl, but after reading several reviews on Target's site on this and several other colored vinyl exclusive records, I was somewhat afraid to give them a try. However, this record plays flawlessly on my lower mid range turntable. No Skips, Pops or hiss. In fact, I now have 4 Target exclusive records and all sound wonderful with no problems what-so-ever. Feels like a 180g vinyl record. The yellow vinyl is slightly transparent. And I think the pressing sounds better than my CD, contrary to what was stated by another reviewer. I highly recommend Target exclusive records at this point and will purchase more for my collection.
Very Disappointing

This LP sounded so bad that by the second track I got up and switched to the CD just to see (hear) if it was my imagination. It was not. A favorite R.E.M. album of mine, which I have listened to countless times, and yet it was immediately apparent that the sound quality was lacking. Colored vinyl can be noisy sometimes, but I believe that this is just a lousy remastering job. Vinyl afficionados beware! It offers none of the detail and warm sound expected of a vinyl reissue. Looks cool, but sounds more like an mp3 than a modern LP.
Bad Pressing

Thumbs down graphic, would not recommend

The music is great however the pressing is horrible. It looks like the serial number was mistakenly pressed on the last tracks of both sides. Lots of skips. Hopefully this was not the case for the entire pressing. I am returning.

Great press! I was surprised of how well it sounded. The yellow is more transparent then I thought it would be, but still looks nice. Highly recommend.
