A: Hello, PKF. Thank you for your interest in our product.1. Check whether there is carbon deposit on the top of the thermocouple (just clean it). 3. Check whether the thermocouple connection valve is loose (just tighten it), and also check whether there is any sign of breakage on the thermocouple.
