A: Thank you for your great question regarding the Rachael Ray Twin Pack Hard-Anodized Nonstick Skillet Set with Handles - Gray with Agave Blue, Raynham. The Rachael Ray lines of nonstick cookware are made of hard anodized aluminum. Hard anodization is an electrochemical process that gives the cookware a dark color and makes it twice as hard as stainless steel. The nonstick coating used on our hard anodized cookware lines are PFOA-free and contain PTFE - the chemical name of the nonstick coating and the actual ingredient that makes the cookware "nonstick." Actually, all nonstick coatings from any maker contain PTFE. Rest assured, that Rachael Ray cookware is safe for everyday consumer use. We hope this information is helpful.

I enjoy cooking big breakfasts, but I always have to be mindful of the pans I use, especially when frying eggs. These non-stick pans are amazing! They're easy to grip and make cooking efficient – from eggs, to pancakes, to bacon. Cleanup is so easy, too. I have the Agave Blue set and they're beautiful!

In a busy family home, we need our pots and pans to work as hard as we do... these non-stick pans have been phenomenal! Over the last several months these pans have become my easy button! We have put them to the test across a spectrum of sticky child friendly foods including...pancakes, hotdogs, pasta sauce and meatballs. Which only makes me think that when we have the time to cook more adult-friendly foods again... these pans will be just as great and working just as hard.

So excited about my new pans! First use and it cooked the chicken evenly and the grib on the handle is a nice feature. Also huge plus they're dishwasher safe. The look of them is a huge upgrade from what I had been using. Very happy with them so far :blush:

The pans cooked evenly. The nonstick worked very well. They felt lightweight. The handles were narrow and food stuck to the rivets inside the pan making cleanup a little bit more.

I love this pan, and I am on my 3rd one of the same exact pan. No matter how careful I am with this pan (metal, and harder plastic spatulas NEVER touches the nonstick), it needs to be replaced about every 2-3 years due to scratches. The size is wonderful. 14" frying pans aren't the easiest to find. The shape is wonderful too. I love how the sides aren't too high like some other brands. It mainly gets used in my home for pancakes, and that's only once a week, so it's not in heavy rotation. I realize non stick pans need to be replaced more often than other pans, and I love this pan. I just wish it was a little sturdier and would hold up for about 4 years.

This is a nice set. Very lightweight for supposedly hard anodized -- I think they are just aluminum, so I hope the pans hold up to daily use. The little bowls are nice, but I wish they had lids.

The metal lid rim seems to retain moisture underneath/between the rubber gasket and the lid glass that sits under the metal rim...not sure if this is intentional or is a design flaw. I was not satisfied with this saucepan although the shape, flared mouth of the pan is very nice and accommodates a nice volume of food in the pan.

I purchased the 11 pc Hard Anodized Cookware in Cranberry Red. No where in any of the descriptions of any of the sets does it note the sizes if the cookware. So once I received it I noticed I needed a 3 quart covered sauce pan and a larger covered 12.5 deep pan. Went to purchase a 3 quart covered sauce pan and there are no options for Cranberry Red handles to complete my set. All rubber handles should come in all color options. Very disappointed in that. Can’t add more cookware to add to my set.
