We bought 2 of these sight unseen online. The design of these chairs is as pictured, really nice rattan woven backs. shipping was quick, too. but my chairs were wobbly straight out of the box. Two weeks in, the foot rest turns in a way it's not supposed to. and, one of the chairs is a lot more shaky than the other, and because all the joints are covered over, it's not possible to tighten the screws and fix the problem. Also, these are bar stool height while we needed counter height- it's my own fault but just added to the dissatisfaction I feel about these fairly expensive items. Do not recommend.
