Bought these for our boys 8 and 5yo for Christmas. Our 8yo was growing out of our power wheels jeep and both boys are into fast cars and drifting. They absolutely love these and so do we! They are everything they say and more. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again!

The best go cart out to date. I’ve searched and this is the 1. My 7, 8 and 11 year old gets on this. I’ve even driven it lol I’m 5’8” 160 pounds. I drift and all. We just got done driving it in the bike lane to the park that’s 2 miles away. When we got back home the battery was still more than half. My kids are in love with this. Everybody at the park was staring and some people asked what brand it it was. Every kid needs this. I bought it because I know if I had this at there age. I would have went crazy.

My oldest daughter absolutely loves the Go-Kart! It is amazing and has 3 driving modes. She has so much fun riding them and I love that the speed is appropriate for them. She was able to control them well on their own and I felt safe with them driving. This is such high quality and will continue to grow with her for years. We love it and couldn’t recommend it enough! My son absolutely LOVES it. He is 7 and in 75% for height weight and it’s great size for him! His little sister (5.5) can also ride and have fun! The drifting feature is cool. I’m impressed by the power and it holds a charge pretty well too! Every friend that has tried it immediately begs their parents for it too haha

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Radio flyer knocked it out of the park. I received a Go-kart to review and my kids were thrilled. The best feature is that my 6, 9, 12 AND 15 year old can all ride it! My older kids, who are too big for most little ride on toys have spent hours racing up and down the alley. Several nights we've sat out while the neighborhood kids have all played, riding, drifting, racing until the sun goes down. Childhood at its best! It has 3 speeds and the lowest speed is definitely slow enough for a younger driver but fast enough to be fun. To get to the 3rd speed you actually have to remove a small piece with a screwdriver, so you can keep younger kids from driving too fast. My kids love it. They figured out how to drift it pretty quickly and it is the perfect amount of thrill and safety. They spin right around but don't go flying. They love the speed and hair neck turning and I love that they are safe. The speed pedal is variable so kids can build up their confidence but the brake engages as soon as you take your foot off the "gas" so you can stop quite quickly. It's much better on pavement but handles sidewalks fine, just bumpier. It even takes on grass lawn and my 6 year old loves driving in loops in the grass. It is heavy enough that I'm not concerned about it flipping but it's still moveable. I can pick it up alone and my kids can lift it in pairs. It's amazing to have a single toy that adapts to such a wide range of ages and sizes. All around, it's a great toy. We've already gotten a lot of fun out of it and I imagine our summer will be filled with racing and "donuts".

All of my children thoroughly enjoyed it as well. I have an 11-year-old, a 10-year-old, a seven-year-old, a five-year-old, They all enjoyed it so much that they couldn’t wait to get another turn. Each one of them was able to control the vehicle with ease, they were all even drifting along. As far as assembly goes, it took us an hour and a half total, or rather, I should say, it took me an hour and a half. The children helped with holding it up while I screwed the pieces in and such. It was a little more difficult than I anticipated, but nothing that I couldn’t handle, and it was totally worth it. I would highly recommend this product.

My two kids (7 and 10) are able to ride it, and their cousins (10, 11, and 12) have loved it too! . We have kept it in the 2-speed mode, and even then the oldest child loves it! It's easy to ride, holds a charge for a long time, and the kids have so much fun racing down the sidewalk. The only reason I am currently not giving it 5 stars is because there is already wear and tear on the back tires, even though we've only been using this for about 10 days. It's pretty obvious that these tires won't last as long as they should, and if I had paid full price for this product I would be a lot more upset about that than I currently am. The wheels are plastic, and there's no way they can withstand the hard surfaces that kids ride on.

My 6 (almost 7) year old daughter LOVES driving it around our driveway, through the grass and can't wait to take it down the street (via sidewalk) when we allow it. While it absolutely goes fast (the kids feel like they are "driving a car") the stability of the wheels and premium nature of the product feels safe. We've used it 3-4 times already in the driveway with no issue. It took my husband ~20/30 minutes to put together, we've only had to charge it once, and both my daughters and son think it's the coolest new toy for summer. Great product for kids that love adventure!

For starters, assembly was fairly simple and straight forward. I did have my husband assist because my daughter was very anxious to ride and some undivided attention is needed to assemble so you don't miss any steps. The design is so cute. Very streamline, love the monochrome black, and the brick red flag. I appreciate the safety switch to prevent the highest speed (11mph). My 6 year old loves it on the 1st speed and is getting used to controlling it on the 2nd. There is no brake, but if you're going fast and let go of the gas while turning you can do a fun drift. I do wish there was a brake pedal because my daughter has bumped into some things, but thankfully not at full speed. She's seated at seat position 4 and shes 46" tall. I definitely think this can accommodate children of all heights as long as they are under the weight maximum (130lb). It also holds a charge really well. And it's small enough to stow in your trunk if you have an SUV or van; however, it is very heavy to lift. My daughter struggles getting the buckle undone. Other than that, she absolutely loves her Extreme Drift Go-Kart! And asks to ride it every day!

This is actually our THIRD radio flyer go-kart, we started out with a Grow-Kart, moved to an Ultimate Go-Kart, and now luckily have one of these to play with! My kids are 8 and 6, and I was concerned with the higher speed- especially for my little guy- but thankfully there is a lock you can put on to keep it in the two lower speeds. With that said, they have plenty of fun on the lower speeds and definitely have great control and maneuverability so I feel safe allowing them to use it! My kids both LOVE cruising on this thing- they’ve played with it every single day since we put it together. The assembly was pretty simple - Radio Flyer has always been reliably easy assembly. I think the tires are a great upgrade from the Ultimate Go-Kart- the rubber grip feels like a premium tire, and the back tires being still slick makes drifting so easy- the neighbors have come out to mention how cool this thing is when they see the kids riding around on it. My daughter is 4’3 and looks a little tall, to me, but she says she is completely comfortable and her height doesn’t get in the way of driving. The last thing I will mention, that I really like about this Kart, is that it is electric, rechargeable, and has a battery indicator to tell you how much charge you have left. No messing around with putting gas in, or the messy parts related to a gas-powered kart. This thing stays clean and runs a little quieter, but offers all the fun a go-kart should have.

My 6 year old son was SO excited as soon as I started pulling pieces out of the box. He was outgrowing his old go kart a bit, and this totally fits his “big kid” toy desire. It has a sleek gray and black design, is super fast, and drives smooth. As a single mom, I was able to build this in about 45 minutes alone (and being interrupted by a very excited kiddo!). One aspect that I adore, is the small safety lock that is installed to prevent kids from going faster than you’d like them to. My 6 year old thinks he is much more capable than he is sometimes, so I love that he simply cannot access the highest speed. The go kart is heavy, but very well built. We can’t wait to use this for years and years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this go-kart for my seven-year-old son, he has had it for about two weeks. He loves it. He has ridden it every day for about an hour each day. The seat has three adjusting positions. The seat is easy to adjust and doesn't need any tools. It was three speeds (5, 8, and 11 mph) and reverse. The third speed is locked with a screw and is easy to unlock. The second speed can be locked as well if needed. It is recommended to wait until the child is 13 before you put it on the third speed. It doesn't have brakes, but that hasn't been an issue. The button to turn it on is on the back of the go-kart. My favorite feature of this go-kart is the battery level indicator. I love knowing when it needs to be charged, instead of guessing how low it is. The battery needs to be charged after a couple of hours of play. The tires are plastic and don't have any thread. It drives well on all surfaces. My children have ridden it on grass, gravel, and concrete. We have only had one issue with it. It wouldn't charge a few days after we got it. We resolved the issue fast though. A wire had unconnected in the battery area. We re-connected it, and haven't had a problem since then. Assembly was easy. It took me about an hour. However, I think it would take most people less time. I needed my own screwdriver and an adjustable wrench.

Such a fun go cart! We received this go kart for free in compensation for my honest review. This drifting go cart had been such a blast for my whole family. It was initially for my 3 kids, ages 5,8,and 16 years of age! Key pointers on this go cart.. The seat can be moved forward or backwards for more leg room. 3 speeds and can even screw in a speed restrictor so that smaller kids cannot drive it at the max speed. Has a seat belt to lock in smaller kids for safety. The big plus for me is the battery level is indicator. I love that I can visibly check how much battery life is left so there’s no more just guessing! I do wish the instructions had wording and not just pictures. It was a bit frustrating trying to build. As I am a reading learner and not just a visual learner, so it took me some time to figure out which piece went where or in what direction. But once I figured it out, It was simple.
