Handle pieces are defected, tried troubleshooting this and watching online videos. Still does not work.

I wrote a review recently. In hindsight, I probably should have wrote something after exhausting my options. There was a small piece missing from my product. I contacted customer support, and got quick results from my complaint. Shout out to Jania who helped me in customer support. My son LOVES his trike, and I love my son. My only complaints are that the interface for the online warranty replacement form isn't user friendly, for Android at least. And this isn't the first Radio Flyer product that was slightly defective. So quality control could be improved a bit

My daughter received this as a birthday present. Had I realized there were no brakes, I would have returned it before I assembled it. The pedals are one directional and aren’t adjustable like the 4 in 1. Also, the tires have no traction. With any kind of incline, they constant spin out.

The handling is just as you would want it to be. Both my girls (ages 2 and 1) use this bicycle - It’s even great for my backyard which is awesome because it’s grassy.

Apparently, the Deluxe Steer & Stroll Trike does not have an option to purchase the pedal/cover guard separately. We should have gotten the 3-in-1 Stroll 'N Trike, too late now I guess. The names are a bit confusing and it's disappointing that we now have purchased the additional seat with a buckle and pedal cover/guard for the Stroll 'N Trike.

Love that the extension rod for an adult push actually allow you to turn the bike right and left with an easy twist. Make sure you follow the clear step by step assembly directions and you’ll be good to go. Took me about 30 min to assemble .

I bought this for my granddaughter for her second birthday- she was so excited when she saw it! We will need to work on peddling but she enjoys being pushed too (wears a color coordinated helmet when she rides to get in the safety habit). Great gift!

We have twins and we given an older model and we purchased the newer model to have them match. The wheels and pedal mechanisms on the newer model are complete junk. The plastic front wheel picked up dents from some small rocks that the kids went over and the pedals stop moving if someone is pushing them. The nice part about the older version is that it keeps the kids legs moving and promotes them riding on their own. Our RF wagon is great, but this trike is not worth the money. I advise you to go pay more for a quality product.

Koko is 19 months and very active. Riding the Trike is her favorite way to go around the block with Milo, the best dog in the world, and Arin, the best older brother in the world. When Koko is cross after her nap, nothing changes the mood like her Trike.
