I liked it, but it's not perfect. It's not gonna clean the house, but it does the job of removing excess sebaceous filaments on the nose they are NOT BLACKHEADS. It's kind of like how sheet masks are not mandatory but they do help perfect the skin.

Hard to use and didn’t work as well as other brands

First of all, the directions are the most confusing things I've ever seen. Firstly, they are in the wrong order if you're looking at them while they're attached. Secondly, there's "step" 1-3 which are the products. Step 1 is the softener, step 2 is the extractor which isn't labeled, and step 3 is the calming mask. Then, the actual steps of the process are also numbered. Good luck. I suspect some people used the calming mask first and then tried the extraction tool. Anyway, my issue was that I had one milium (milia) on my chin. This can't be removed on your own, so I went to an esthetician who worked on it two separate times weeks apart. They couldn't get it all. I decided to try this kit because of the softener, and I was able to get most or all of the rest of the milium out. It's still a bit angry in the pic but I'm hopeful. So tl;dr, the softener is key, and the instructions are terrible.

Love this! I am more than happy with my purchase. I am going to try more products from this brand.

maybe I just don't have enough blackheads, but this product didn't really do anything for me. Which is surprising because I love everything that Rael makes! I use it for fun :)

I have a lot of dark oily sabeceous filaments on my nose and this worked fantastically for that! My nose was spotless after and I used the swab to clean and lightly extract any that were still clogged. Can’t say whether this works for true blackheads or not.

Literally does nothing

I have very stubborn blackheads and this stuff works! I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars because I had to do a little extracting. However, this is so much better than anything else I tried. I even put this on my chin too!!

I wanted to add my positive experience since this product seems not to have worked for a lot of people. I had a raised/inflamed blackhead on my forehead which had been around for over a month before I decided it wasn't going away on its own. I first tried a pore strip but all that did was irritate the skin around it, so I tried the Rael product. After applying step 1 I used the extractor side of the Q-tip and the blackhead came right out. The next day, the spot where the blackhead had been had formed a crust and when I touched it, the crust fell out and I applied a centella blemish cream and by the third day, the spot was almost completely flat. I think the extractor was key to making this product do what I needed it to.

Like many other people, it hdid not work for me. Waste of money and of time

Bought 4 to include with Christmas gifts. Tested 1. Waste of time. They’re all going back.

This is literally the stinkiest thing i’ve ever put on my face. It smells like surgery equipment and in the end I don’t even think it worked. I think my nose looks a little brighter but I honestly think i’m just tricking myself to make up for the fact that I just wasted 30 minutes. SO STINKY.

This didn’t work. Disappointed! We tried a different brand and it worked better.

I really didn’t see a difference. Patch gives a burning sensation. I wouldn’t be buying again. I’ll stick with the Hero Cosmetics line.

It did nothing at all. The first step nose strip burned really bad and didn’t remove anything. Waste of $8 😭

I love it, got rid of all my black heads, my boss and forehead are soooo soft now and they feel so much cleaner and shiny

Wow! I usually don’t get any extraction or see any difference at all from regular pore strips so I was not expecting much with these. However, I do love this company’s pimple patches so I thought I would give it a go. I’m so so glad I did! I have embarrassingly large pores on my nose/salacious filament. Have had them all my life. They are embarrassing and bring down my confidence. No matter what I use, they never go away, change in color or at the very least, shrink. But what???? These strips truly shrunk the pores and removed the appearance of the “black holes”. I can barely see them now. I am amazed! Because nothing “pulls out” onto the strip when you take it off, I was disappointed until I looked in the mirror and saw them virtually gone. I had to stop myself from crying happy tears. My nose also feels “cleaner” and less dense (idk?) than before I used it, even when I’m not touching it. I’d compare it to when you use congestion nasal strips and you can breathe finally but with this, it feels like your skin is breathing again! Kinda pricey for 3 “kits” but I’m going to make sure to always have them stocked at home. Going to see if they make a similar product for t-zone and cheeks now!! Eeep!

Quite amazing!! Didn't hurt my skin like previous pore strips and really brought impurities to the surface. Both my husband and myself tried it and loved it. Love that its safe and healthy ingredients on my skin!! Also, NO REDNESS!!!! We went out to dinner right after, which was amazing!!

I was so excited to try this and i opened it and saw it was missing the first step. i am really annoyed because i've heard good things about this product and now i can't even use it so that really sucks
