These are so comfortable and keep me dry & clean! I use them mostly after my first two really heavy days and can wear them for many hours.

I am so excited to have found these I could cry. I have 1-2 days/month where my flow is so heavy I soak through clothes multiple times a day! Today first time wearing these over my regular underwear with pads for extra protection & went on a girls day and they saved me! I had many moments where I normally wouldve had a mess on my clothes and these stopped it. They fit fine under jeans and couldn't even tell I had them on. Game changer!

I was recently diagnosed with a bleeding disorder and these undies have changed my life. I was bleeding through everything. I was even bleeding through my thinx period panties. the coverage these have are amazing. there's no leaking out the top, the front or the sides. I didn't find them to be any bulkier than you would assume a pad would be (baggy sweats are the move for these though...) i was able to sleep in an actual comfortable position with these, and not have to prop myself up so I wouldn't have leaks out the back or front.

These are freaking awesome! So far they have worked great! I am super pleased with the comfort and feel along with the organic option of these. They are so comfy to sleep in. I have also had zero leakage while I sleep when wearing these which is a first. I will definitely be purchasing more of these!

I got these for post op hip surgery recovery as I really couldn’t handle changing pads as often and since I’d be laying all day and night the risk for leakage was higher and the cleanup would be a disaster. These are life changing. So comfortable and absorb a lot and keep things clean. Highly recommend for everyday use and for any type of recovery purposes.

These are the softest disposable period undies I’ve ever worn. Seriously they are worth the price. I got them for postpartum, specifically overnight with my first few periods, and I cannot recommend them enough. It kind of looks silly wearing a diaper but the comfort level and the fact that I didn’t leak a drop after wearing all night and in the morning… might have to make these a regular item for those heavy flow nights.

I’ve lived in these postpartum! Just buy them.

My teen daughter has what the medical community calls “low needs autism.” Which basically means that if you had a conversation with her, she just seems like a Neurotypical but nerdy little girl. However, autism does mean that things like starting her period at 13 is more challenging than it is for NT girls. She has a heavy flow, and even the heaviest maxi pads didn’t work for her. We had stains and embarrassing public incidents. every single time she had her period. It was really embarrassing and awful for her. She started to refuse to leave the house. So we tried these. They are a godsend. She does not fear having her period anymore. We’ve had no leaks on her clothes and no stains on her sheets. All she has to do is wear these when the calendar tells her her period is coming, and there are no worries. They allow her to be independent and care for herself. And give her a sense of control over what was a very challenging change in her body. The one challenge that we have had is that they are bulky so she has to have specific outfits that she wears during those days, So that she doesn’t look like she’s wearing a diaper. That is fine. We just have those outfits ready. I cannot over exaggerate the life-changing impact these have had. If I were a multimillionaire, I would set up some charity that would give these free to any autism support group. Because these remove one more barrier for autistic women. Whose lives are full of barriers that most people don’t have.

While the product quality is great, their e-commerce marketing and sales practices are questionable. One is deceived into their website with some discounts from emails, but actually you do not end up getting the same.

I recently saw these disposable period underwear and decided to give them a try for my heavy days. I’m so glad I did!! They are comfortable to wear at night and during the day and they did much better at preventing leaks for the heavy slow. The hug tight to the inner thigh with elastic which is what prevents the leakage I think (unlike a pad). I will be using these from now on for my heavy days and nights.

The BEST period pampers I’ve ever used! Nothing spills on the sides and the pad lining goes all the way down the front and back! Must have especially for super heavy bleeders ❤️

I used this for postpartum recovery. No leaking, very absorbent. I will use again for another postpartum recovery. They’re soft and feel good in the skin, which is especially sensitive after birth.

These have become my staple, I have even turned my sister onto these. She loves them too. Everything is well until my local stores stop carrying the product. I have no idea or why, but it has been difficult to het my hands on these recently.

Compared to Always nighttime disposable underwear, this product is significantly more comfortable. It doesn't feel like it's shifting, the lining is wider and longer, and the design makes it easier to put on correctly, much like regular underwear. It's performing well so far.

Definitely didn’t like these didn’t fit at all. I got them on but too tight I was a size 12 before pregnant. I only gained 40 pounds this should for me according to the measurements. Dosnt fit I couldn’t wear them. Waste of money for the whole pack. Had to throw away. I loved the hospital underwear I wish I got more when I was in hospital.

Postpartum must have!! I now include with all of my hospital baby gifts! As a section mom, these saved me during recovery! 10/10 recommend!

I was so pleased with these for my postpartum bleeding! These were really comfortable and soft but also absorbed well. I am truly amazed that I never had any leakage issues with these ever! If you are looking for a great postpartum option that isn’t the mesh underwear with a pad the size of a bathmat, give these a try. So great!

I had to say I was skeptical. I usually use a cup when I know I will be doing long activities where I won’t be able to change my pad or tampon. I was going on a hunting trip, I knew the cup wasn’t the best idea since I wouldn’t be able to properly clean and dispose. I also knew if I started my period, it’s heavy the first two days and tampons and pads would not be the best bet for me especially at night. I absolutely LOVE these!!! They were exactly what I needed and NO LEAKAGE at all. Perfectly comfortable under my clothes and sleeping. Also did not need a towel under me for sleeping at night. Definitely will buy again!
