I bought this doll yesterday and unboxed her. Straight out of the box and she already had flaws. Her boots look ruff. They weren’t painted properly and the flocking is missing in spots. You can see chucks of glue on the boots. She also has a few spots on her face. Her makeup is also uneven. Even with these flaws I still think she is a cute doll and like her outfit. I also appreciate that she comes with a comb and stand.

The sand is already in her dress so there's no putting it in. There's no snowman to put the purple sand in. And that leaves one dissapointed kid. False advertisement

She’s beautiful, and the set makes a great gift because there are so many things to do with the snow (kinetic sand texture) and snowman, and the jacket on the doll itself. The only thing I had to assist with was using the syringe to put water in the doll’s puffer jacket; I had to use all my strength to get it in and it sprayed us a ton of times. I feel like that part was a little unnecessary, but the versatility of the doll and its accessories are impressive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As part of a promotion I chose Rainbow High Winter Wonderland doll Violet ❄️ 💜. This doll is stunningly beautiful and unique with her cold weather features and accessories!... Violet comes with a cute miniature snowman friend made of kinetic sand. I am not usually a fan of mixing crafts and toys because of the mess but I made an exception (expect a bit of a mess though for this part 🤭) Violets dress features little panels that fill up with a colorful gel. (You do this by measuring water and using a little syringe that's included to put it into the panels on the dress)... This was a bit tedious and difficult and the wow factor isn’t worth it imo. The doll is fun to play with but I think she would’ve been better without the added unnecessary/messy features which were lacking in execution. Still I’d recommend buying this Rainbow High Doll (and tossing anything extra you don’t care to use)

I love how interactive the doll and accessories are. The syringe and water create snow in the skirt which is such a cool idea! It also came with kinetic sand, glitter and snowman mold. You can create and decorate a snowman with the additional cutouts. However, the cutouts didn’t stay well in the sand mold. They were easy to use but a little messy. One thing I wish was added, was an additional outfit or skirt to change into under the snow skirt as the doll only has underwear on. Overall, great doll and will buy more!

She was excited about snowman and concept great but i wish they make stickers instead of cardboard pieces for snowman ( they dont stay and dont attach) . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is pretty and has several features. She comes with a little miniature snowman made of kinetic sand. You're supposed to get to decorate it, we found the instructions a little unclear and were unable to really finish the snowman part. It was fun mixing the glitter into the dough though, and she played with it for a little while. Be careful because the glitter is very fine and will go all in the air if you're not super aware of what you're doing. The doll has a dress that has little panels that fill up with colorful gel. You do this by measuring water and using a little syringe that's included to put it into the panels on the dress. This is a cool concept but was pretty difficult for my daughter to do on her own. The syringe was incredibly hard for her to push and she is pretty strong. She's almost dead. So that is a little disappointing because the parent will have to help most likely. And because of that she was unable to finish the activity, but I did help her and she did enjoy the way it looked afterwards. The doll is fun to play with but I found the features to be lacking in execution.

Only thing we are unsure about and don’t like is the glitter that says to mix with water and insert to the dolls coat through the small holes. I’m afraid this would get gross after awhile and need thrown out.

Out of the four options, I choose violet willow. The directions are very kid friendly even if you can't read. It didn't cause a mess after you mixed the sand and powder together. I loved that it didn't come with a bunch of small pieces to just get lost. The doll is so cute and fun to play with. Definitely creates hours of fun for your little ones. Rainbow high does such a great job with packaging like what kid wouldn't want to grab for this doll with all the glitter and bright colors.
