General Mills doesn't seem to be listening to consumers as Carrageenan, Sunflower Oil, and Sucralose are still used in these products. While they are FDA approved, it's very clear that the FDA does not take personal health as serious as the consumers who actually buy products. Just because something is "FDA Approved" doesn't mean that consumers will buy it. Hopefully General Mills listens to a lot of the consistent feedback given to remove/replace these 3 ingredients. Until then, it's back to Oikos for me!

I would like to try all of the flavors. I liked all of the ingredients in it, there wasn't anything weird, like some protein drinks have.

People seem to love this or really dislike Ratio 25 gr protein yogurt. I was optimistic ….. BUT I got SO sick on this yogurt after just a few spoonfuls!!! Wow! Severe cramping, nausea, barely walking upright. Numerous trips to bathroom. Body regurgitating and “runs.” Nothing in the listed ingredients should cause me such a strong bad reaction. But I had woken up fine, feeling great. Ate this for breakfast, drinking with bottled water, the water I always drink, and got so sick and fast!!!! Would not wish this pain on anyone. ( I finished my water the next day - water was fine.) Ratio is a definite “no” for me. I tried a different Ratio flavor a different day to rule out bad dairy. Nope - it is something in Ratio yogurt that I am reacting to.

I’ve loved all the flavors I’ve tried so far and was very excited to try this one but it tastes just like the strawberry flavor with no cheesecake taste present at all. It feels as though you guys just slapped a different label onto the same flavor. It doesn’t taste bad but it’s definitely not a cheesecake flavor.

It’s tasty while still healthy, with a significant amount of protein compared to other yogurt brands. All in all this is a good buy. The price is a little hefty, but it’s worth it.

It’s so good!! It’s my go-to snack before lunch. With other protein yogurts, I find myself having to go to the restroom after. This does not have that effect on me nor do any of the other flavors. IBS girly win!!
