Q: Is this product actually yogurt? The label says "dairy snack" and no mention of probiotics.

A: While :ratio PROTEIN dairy snack is cultured like yogurt, the recipe doesn’t meet the FDA’s definition of “yogurt.” We use yogurt cultures (L. Bulgaricus and S. Thermophilus) in the same way that yogurt is made.

I have been lactose free for about 18yrs now. I will admit that I was in a rush in the grocery store and thought I had picked up a yogurt that was non-dairy and high protein; I was stoked. I got it because it was key lime flavor and I love key lime. By the time i realized all the things in it that I DON'T eat, I had already mixed in my granola and to me it was too late! I had to eat it with a side of 32oz of water. I can't tell you what it did to my system, but just know it wasn't happy. I will take ownership of my part of not reading the ingredients. The sucralose was tolerable in the key lime because I like the tartness of yogurt and keylime yogurt-yes! But the carageenan, sucralose, whey protein, and sunflower oil....that's too much in this product. Please try a different recipe. Going back to my tried and true, Kite Hill.

General Mills doesn't seem to be listening to consumers as Carrageenan, Sunflower Oil, and Sucralose are still used in these products. While they are FDA approved, it's very clear that the FDA does not take personal health as serious as the consumers who actually buy products. Just because something is "FDA Approved" doesn't mean that consumers will buy it. Hopefully General Mills listens to a lot of the consistent feedback given to remove/replace these 3 ingredients. Until then, it's back to Oikos for me!

The only yogurts I flip for is the Ratio Vanilla Keto and Ratio Vanilla Protein. Such a flavorful product, especially with some walnuts and blueberries thrown in. Served at a dinner party with fruit folded in, was such a big hit. Problem is...stores don't carry much of it....hard to buy it.

I was so happy to make my chia yogurt with this because it says NO artificial ingredients. It contains Sucralose (Splenda!) so disappointed! Consider Monk Fruit for sweetener. Also, (seed oils) Sunflower oil is not good for you and it contains sunflower oil. Not sure why that would even be added to a yogurt. Will not but buy again. Carrageenan is also a toxin that can cause cancer, and this is also in Ratio. Very disappointing.

It was not over sugary. The lid came off in one easy pull with out falling a part. Ratio yogurt is delicious even my picky eater absolutely loved the peach flavor.

Hands down the best coconut flavor yogurt. I toss this in a blender with frozen pineapple, dozen banana, and coconut milk. Love it! Makes my shakes so creamy!! So sad I am having a hard time finding it now!
