What a great scooter STURDY. Only had it for a week but it is substantial! Smooth great over large sidewalk discrepancies. Fast for sure. My son loves it.

My review of the A6 after 3 years
5 out of 5 stars

In November of 2020 I bought an A6, it was the fastest and smoothest ride out of all the kick scooters I have owned with an amazing rider experience and the quality of this scooter is amazing. The higher handlebars made it more comfortable to ride (my height is 6 foot 5). It also stands the test of time, before this scooter I wore out my A5 in less than a year, I also wore out 2 carbon lux scooters, each one lasted a year so this scooter is without a doubt the most reliable kick scooter Ive ever owned. As much as I gave the scooter 5 stars for quality and rider experience, it isnt perfect, the 2 problems are that after 2 and a half years, the anti rattle knob on the folding mechanism wouldnt tighten fully anymore and would come loose after a ride, I would recommend that Razor design their scooter so that the folding mechanism and other parts can be easily replaced. Another problem is that the button that holds the handlebars broke and needed to be replaced with a screw, again Razor should offer more replacement parts, then again despite these issues it is still usable with a bit of tinkering. This is a very tough scooter and an accident that I was in showed how tough it really is, I was riding it when I got hit by a car, I got hit hard enough that I suffered a broken knee and a broken collarbone, and I suffered amnesia, looking at my scooter it is no worse for wear than before the accident, im not exagerating it was involved in a pretty serious accident but it can still be used, now thats a very well made scooter to have survived that. In conclusion, I highly recommend this kick scooter for its speed (a reviewer called it the Porche of kick scooters and I agree). It will stand the test of time and iif you dont use it as much as me, the things that wore out on mine could last a lot longer. its taller handlebars means an adult can use it with ease. and lastly the accident I was in proves that its pratically unbreakable so I dub it the Toyots Hilux of scooters

Good but there is refining to do

Smooth ride and does what I expect of a scooter. I just wish it was refined more for adults. The foam grips are a little small, the deck could be a little wider for big feet, and the color scheme could be made to look more adultish. I saw a commercial with a man in a suit riding a razor scooter and it doesn't match. The edge of the deck is very sharp and the deck could be raised a little more for more clearance. Add a hand brake and a front suspension and you would have a new class of scooter. All in all, it does the primary job and I recommend it.

My two grandsons love their new scooters. They are up and out the door to ride even before breakfast! This scooter is faster, easier to control and so much more durable then their pervious scooters. As a grandma I am very pleased!

So high the speed is - so weak the brakes are

Yes, it's "speedy" and "drives itself". In terms of speed and handling, this is Porsche among scooters. However, Porsche has got brakes. This one - almost not. Which makes this device too dangerous. Has to return it after ~20km... I'm from Germany, and here we've got quite a few hills. So one has to push the brakes a bit more longer and often than a usual driver. Otherwise, your reach a rocket speed (which is actually a big plus on an empty road) and no longer control the situation. A break mechanism is too week to stop from the speed the scooter is able to reach. And the brakes are getting hot on the hills quite fast. So as a result I burned my foot a little and found that in a high temperature regimes the wheel wear is incredible. Photos are attached after ~20km of mileage (comparison between front and rear and a burned sneaker sole). However, I have to admit the frame quality and smoothness of riding are making a driver really happy and smiling. Hopefully, the next model is going to have manual brakes (which are more effective and do not wear the wheel surface), so I'll give Razor another chance. Even in 2022, mechanical kick scooters can give much more emotions than boring electric ones!

This scooter rides really well, much better than the kid scooter I ride occasionally. I can keep up with my kids bikes when they are going a casual speed without too much effort. It was a great buy.

Scooter-ing has been something I used to do daily as a kid. Now that i'm a bit older (and a tad heaver) I found myself longing to pick up a kick scooter and go around town. This scooter is perfect for that! Nice smooth ride, its big size fits me just fine and it feels really solid. Id recommend this product to anyone who wants to get out of the house again and get some fresh air

Bought this to scoot with my boys. I’ve had it a few weeks and so far I’m pretty happy with it. The kickstand is easy to kick up with your foot if you balance or lean against something. To put it down you do need to bend down and push it down. Not ideal. Would prefer to be able to push it down with my foot. The slow gliding braking isn’t ideal. I don’t know how the other brands brake but if you need to stop quick you’ll have to hop off since pushing down on the brake you keep gliding, just slower. Closing it and opening is a little tricky too. Maybe it’ll just take some practice but the knob doesn’t glide very easily to close/open. Smooth ride. No rattling noise. Seems like it’ll last awhile but the foam handles may need to be replaced at some point.

Kickstand is a bit awkward to unfold and the telescopic handlebar makes enough noise. But I’m enjoying the height and the larger wheels. A solid feeling scooter for a 205 lb 6’2” man. Can almost fit both feet on but not quite.

I got one of each color of this scooter. It's been great to have around, to just ride to the coffee shop, or pharmacy real quick. Over the holidays, my relatives and friends(grown men) had a blast racing each other and trying to do tricks on these scooters. It was super funny to watch, but the scooters held up quite nicely to all the wear and tear.
